Blog Stage 8, comment on a classmates blog
My critique: On November 23rd, 2019, The Party In the USA, wrote an article on Sexual harassment towards women, specifically in the work place. It's a very important and serious topic that isn't talked about enough. The general public definitely isn't educated on it properly. Young men aren't taught to respect women like they should and young women aren't ever taught how to handle themselves if they were ever sexually harassed or if a loved one was. The fact that this author decided to write on this topic made me very happy. The author had some really great points about how to fix the situation through changing laws, and also educated readers on the movement of '#metoo'. The only two critiques that I would have of the article is that I would have loved to see percentages of the amount of women that are sexually harassed in the workplace. I feel like this would help in order provide a stronger urgency to their readers to take action or to take a stand. The
